Rooted in Winter
A grounding body ritual of warmth, stillness and deep relaxation.
The Details
A grounding body ritual designed to bring warmth, comfort and calm to the colder months. Your experience begins with a gentle moment of stillness, allowing you to settle into a slower pace. Our signature Slumber oil, a comforting blend of rosemary, frankincense and clary sage, is gently warmed and worked into the body through flowing massage techniques. Heated stones provide soothing warmth, helping to ease built-up tension and encourage deep relaxation. Focusing on the back of the body, this restorative ritual offers a moment to switch off, unwind and reconnect with yourself. A little warmth, a moment of stillness, and time to feel grounded again. Available from 1 November | Bookings now open | Not suitable during pregnancy.
