    seven days a week, making it an excellent option for non-urgent inquiries.

    If your inquiry is urgent or you'd prefer to speak to someone directly, please call or text our team at 0117 287 0212. This is the best way to inform us if you are running late for your appointment.

  • Our hours and days can vary during this time, so the best way to stay informed is to sign up for our email list. We typically provide our clients with a couple of months' notice to ensure they can secure an appointment. You can also check our website or follow our Instagram Stories, where we will share updates as well.

  • Yes, you can book last-minute appointment online up to one hour before based on availability.

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards as online payments, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Clearpay.

    Treatments can be paid with card, cash or a gift voucher. 

  • To redeem your voucher, present it at the reception before your treatment begins. If booking online, please provide your voucher number when prompted.

  • Absolutely! When booking a treatment, you can select a specific therapist. Should your therapist become unavailable, we will try our best to cover the treatment or reschedule to suit you and your therapist's availability.

  • Yes, all our therapists are qualified and insured.

  • Of course! Most of our treatments beyond 12 weeks (after the first trimester) can be adapted for prenatal care. We also offer "The Glow," a curated full-body massage that is safe for pregnancy. If you need some relaxation during the first trimester, we have a few options available. Please reach out to discuss your needs.

  • Please communicate this information before your treatment, as we will assess each case individually.

    Contact hello@luxeamore.com once you have consulted with your doctor or physiotherapist regarding your ongoing medical issue or injury. Before your treatment, your therapist will conduct a comprehensive consultation where you can discuss any injuries or conditions in detail.

About Luxe Amore Studio

  • You can purchase E-Gift Vouchers and physical vouchers online or at our studios.

  • E-Gift Vouchers and physical vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue or delivery.

  • Yes, You can use it as a partial payment for a more expensive, longer treatment.

  • If your voucher hasn't arrived, please email us immediately at hello@luxeamore.com.

  • Yes, same-day vouchers are available at our studios or via instant delivery online with our E-Gift Vouchers.

Vouchers

  • Luxe Amore Studio operates a 48-hour cancellation policy. This means within 48 hours, you can reschedule your appointment. However, the following cancellation terms shall apply:
    (A) If you decide to cancel your appointment within 48 hours, you will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The fee must be made payable before rebooking; (C) If you do not arrive for a scheduled appointment, without cancelling beforehand, you will incur a 100% no-show fee which will be debited from your card automatically.

    These cancellation procedures apply for any reason, including those beyond your control. We strive to be flexible, as we understand that life occurs, but please notify us whenever possible.

  • Your treatment time will be limited to the amount remaining after your arrival. For example, if you have booked a 60-minute treatment but arrive 30 minutes late, you will only receive 30 minutes of treatment, but will be charged for the full amount.

     

    We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your appointment to settle and begin your session on time.

  • If you feel unwell, contact our team to rearrange your appointment for a later date. The more notice you give us, the better as we do operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. 

    We reserve the right to refuse treatment to clients who we believe may be too unwell to receive a massage. This is for the safety of both the client and the therapist.

    Last-minute cancellations, for any reason, make it difficult for us to fill your vacant appointment.

  • Our "Zone In" add-ons are a great way to extend your treatment time for an additional fee. We offer everything from an extra 15 minutes to hot stones, face sculpting, and more. If you haven't added any "Zone In" services to your treatment but would like to do so, please email us at hello@luxeamore.com or book online.

  • We recommend arriving 10 minutes early, wearing loose fitted clothing and popping your phone on silent. Our aim is for you to feel comfortable and ensure maximum relaxation.

  • The specifics of your massage can vary based on several factors. To help us tailor the session to your needs, please complete our Consultation Form to the best of your ability. Before your session begins, you'll have the chance to discuss your preferences with your therapist.

Before You Arrive

  • When you arrive for your treatment, please settle into the waiting area and wait for your therapist to come and collect you. We typically have herbal teas and water available at the studio for you to enjoy while you wait. We kindly ask that you remain mindful and considerate of others receiving treatments by maintaining a hushed tone and enjoying the calm atmosphere of the space.

    Your therapist will greet you in the waiting area and guide you to the treatment room. Once you are in the room, they will use a tablet to review your consultation form and a waiver, which includes questions about your general health and any issues they should be aware of. They will discuss your answers and anything else you'd like to address before your treatment begins.

    You will then be given privacy to undress and make yourself comfortable on the massage table before the bodywork starts. The therapist will help you relax with some deep breathing exercises. Please inform them if you feel too hot or cold, if the pressure is too hard or too light, or if you experience any discomfort.

    All that's left for you to do is unwind and enjoy your treatment. At the end, you'll have time to change back into your clothes and will receive aftercare advice, potentially including some stretches or exercises to practice at home.

  • We create our own massage oils using sustainably sourced essential and carrier oils. We offer three signature scents for you to choose from at the beginning of your treatment, allowing you to select based on your mood and the type of massage you desire. For our bespoke facials we use a mix of Deviant Skincare and Medik8.

When You're With Us

  • In addition to your personalised after-care post treatment, We highly recommend taking it easy after your treatment, getting a good night’s sleep and drinking plenty of water to help the detoxify process.

     

    Deep tissue treatments can sometimes leave your muscles feeling slightly achy or fatigued since they target the deeper layers of muscle. This is typically nothing to worry about; however, if the discomfort persists after 48 hours, please don’t hesitate to contact us via phone or email. 

     

    More common side effects include a feeling of deep inner peace and improved sleep quality.

  • There's no such thing as too much massage! Generally, we recommend scheduling a massage once a month. However, if you have a specific issue, we encourage you to consider getting a massage every two weeks.

    We believe in tailoring our recommendations to meet each client’s individual needs.

  • Yes, invoices can be requested via email and will be generated at the earliest convenience.

After Your Visit

  • We will follow your lead. You should do whatever feels natural or right to you. If you want to chat, feel free. If you prefer to zone out, we completely understand that too.

  • Before your treatment, your therapist will provide you with detailed instructions on how to prepare. Most massage treatments are performed with clients dressed in lower underwear (pants or knickers).

     

    The most important thing is that you and your therapist feel safe and comfortable.

  • While it's not necessary, informing the therapist can be beneficial because certain areas in the abdomen and lower back may be affected by your cycle.

  • This is completely normal and totally acceptable. Your massage will be tailored specifically to you, and during your initial consultation, you can let your therapist know if there are any areas you would prefer not to be massaged.
