Initial Consultation: A short phone call to discuss your experience, availability, and alignment with our ethos.

In-Studio Interview & Trade Test: A welcoming in-person meeting at our studio, followed by a 15-minute massage demonstration. This is your chance to showcase your skills in a relaxed and supportive setting, where we can experience your technique, client care, and unique approach to bodywork.

Perform a range of treatments, including massage, facials, and reflexology.

Deliver a first-class client experience, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming treatment environment.

Build and retain a loyal clientele through outstanding service and expert recommendations.

Work structured shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Short shifts to ensure therapist longevity and a balanced schedule.

We are looking for full and part-time therapists with working hours of up to 35 hours per week.
Weekdays:

Morning Shift // 10am – 2:30pm

Afternoon Shift // 3pm – 7:30pm
Weekends:

10am – 4:00pm
Additional weekend shifts and overtime may be available, along with opportunities to cover holidays. We operate a rolling rota with structured, balanced scheduling and a diary that opens two months in advance.

Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or equivalent.

Experience in facials, deep tissue massage, and reflexology is preferred.

Passion for wellness and holistic bodywork.

Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.

Self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
