Sound Bath X Wellness Sessions

Join Luxe Amore Studio & Rebecca, from Handmade Holistic on Sunday 6th October, 5:00pm at Luxe Amore Studio, as we bring to you an immersive sound experience, allowing space to rest and heal with beautiful sounds & guided meditation.

What to expect:

- Our wonderful sound bath is an immersive healing experience, with waves of sound filling the room. You will be guided through a meditation and left to relax into the peaceful playing of singing bowls, chimes & more.

How long is the session and when should I arrive?

- The Sound Bath is 60 mins, however, we recommend arriving 5/10 minutes before to get yourself settled before promptly starting at 5:00pm.

Do I need to bring anything?

Please just bring yourself, and anything you may need to make you feel extra comfy and safe. We will provide, light refreshments before/after the session as well as a Yoga Mat, Blanket & Cushions for you to use. (Of course, if you have your own favourite items to bring, please do!)

Where can I park?

There is two car parks near by at the Civic Centre & Park Road near the high street a short distance walk or please use the community centre car park directly opposite the studio.

Please Note: Sound baths are not recommended if you experience extreme hyper-sensitivity to sound, or epilepsy or are pregnant in your first trimester.
